This page explains how Romi users can request to delete their account or specific personal data.

You can choose either of the following:
Account Deletion Process

Open Romi App, go to 'Profile'

Tap the 'Settings' icon in the top right
3
Scroll to the bottom to find 'Delete Account' and click
If you cannot log in to the App currently, you can apply via the contact method below.
Data Deletion & Retention Policy

| Personal Photos | Yes | Removed upon account deletion |
| Chat History | Yes | Irreversible |
| Transaction Records | Kept | Retained for 5 years per law |
| Violation Records | Kept | Used for safety and compliance only |
